Fell short on Quality
I recently purchased the Unlined Eisenhower Jacket from Dickies’ official online store. While the size was true to fit and the style matched my expectations, I was ultimately let down by the quality.
Fit & Style: Spot on. The fit was accurate and the classic Eisenhower design looked great—just what I hoped for.
Material & Durability: The fabric felt thin and lacked the ruggedness I associate with Dickies’ workwear. I expected a sturdier material.
Construction: Stitching and finishing seemed noticeably subpar given the price point. It didn’t live up to the solid craftsmanship I’ve seen in other Dickies products.
This jacket could work as a simple, lightweight layer for casual wear—but if you’re looking for something durable and dependable, this one misses the mark.

Color matters in this jacket
The difference in fit just between colors is wild. I have a 1xlt in navy that fits me just right and is not huge in the sleeves, and a brand new black in the same size arrived today and is un-wearable. It is huge in the body, gigantic in the sleeves and overall looks like hot garbage. How can the difference between colors be so big? I have tried multiple black ones in the past and sent them all back for this same exact reason. The fit of my navy one made me think they hade changed the cut, but I guess not. I will be returning this immediately.

Excellent jacket!
First of all, this jacket looks amazing. The fit is great around the body. The reason I am giving 4 out of 5 starts instead of 5 is because I feel the sleeves are about 1/2 inch too long. I had the sleeves tailored and it fits great. I’m 5ft 6 148 lbs and wear a size small. I also feel it is just a bit overpriced, but that’s just my opinion.
