Almost perfectAlmost perfect — but the thumb holes come in behind my wrists. I have long limbs in general but this is pretty extreme. Weirdly enough, the sleeve length works well for me (unless they’re intended to come up far over my hands). I love the weight of the shirt though and it’s pretty great otherwise.

Sleeves too shortBought green and purple. The quality is nice but the sleeves are too short so I can't use the thumb holes. Material is too heavy for summer in my opinion.

Very DisappointingI guess I understand why they are on sale. I bought two of them, one of them has the Dickies logo down the arm like advertised, the other does not. The seams are rough and painful against the skin. There were unfinished seams. There were seems that were hanging down several inches from the sleeves with bits of scrap material hanging from them. The material isn't soft, It is more akin to "cheap T-shirt" feeling. I've never seen this poor quality from Dickies before.

SoftShrinks in wash, I'm normally a 2x, but these are tight. But still comfortable. I'd size up if your a bigger gal like myself

Good protectionI purchased this so I would have a long sleeve work shirt for doing insulation on a project. Very comfortable shirt, hood fit easy under my hardhat. My arms are long so I did not get to use the thumbholes under my gloves to keep my arms completely protected, which was a bummer but maybe if you have short to average arms they will work. This was the only hi-vis long sleeve shirts I found in my size of 2x though so I am happy to have found them.
