Never received my orderI never received my order because the delivery company/driver left it outside by the mailbox area instead of delivering it at my doorstep. My apartment complex has no mailroom for packages to be left in so it was just left out there where anyone can get to it. When I got home from work I checked my email stating it was delivered but there was no package at my doorstep. I immediately went to the area where the mailboxes are but unfortunately there was no packages to be found. I’m thinking someone took it. I called Dickies customer support but all they could do was refund me. I called FedEx and all they said was that Dickies would have to file a report to them. It was just really frustrating.

Not a good fitThese pants are not true to size, and they are also inconsistent. I bought 3 pairs of the same pants - not only did none of them fit, but each of them fit differently. I don't know what happened but the quality has really fallen off.

Wrong ItemDespite the fact that the pants are of good quality and the shipping was fast, the wrong item was sent. Unfortunately, since I live in another country, I was only able to confirm the mistake once the package arrived.
Their proposed solution was to return the item to the U.S., without offering to cover the shipping costs—even though the error was clearly on their end, not mine.
This experience has made me lose trust in purchasing online from them. If they make another mistake in the future, I don’t believe they would take responsibility or offer a proper solution.
In the end, I was left with pants I didn’t want, and the model I actually needed never arrived.
